The seminar follows a product (electronic ignition, front-end loader) through the CM processes.Several exercises are included in order to encourage participation. Emphasis on subjects you choose.

  • Forms, Phases, Rules, Revs, Change Control by phase
  • Baselines, Relationships, MRP Status Coding, Teams
  • Delegated Design, Pilot Production, Check List
  • Minimal Work Flow discussion
